Approach

Pre
Design

A narrative
Pre-design defines a design program, for focused functioning and understanding project feasibility. At Newarch, the pre-design process is an introduction to our ideology, design principles, and approach to any project.

Design

A process
Design is the backbone of any project. It carries the project from being a vision to actualization. At this stage, we travel through a careful process of brainstorming, concept design, schematic, and design development before handing it over to the post-design team.

Post
Design

The output
The post design is correctly implementing the project, connecting the concept and design. Post design includes all processes required for direct implementation of the project – working drawings, documentation, costing, and site execution.
